The concentration on urbanization for the last quarter of century has bring back China into one of the most poweful nation in the world. But the development in the countryside was ignored during the same time which has already led to severe environmental and social problems. President Xi Jinping has put forward the "Beautiful Village Plan" and this project is one example respones to the new policy. Taoxin Town is an ancient town that has hundreds years of history,  which can be dated back to the descendants of Tao Yuanming, the Chinese poet who was famous for his "Chinese Utopia"---- Peach-Blossom Spring.
